Mediation Fees
When choosing a mediator, be careful that you do not get hung up on the hour fee. If you want the greatest chance for a successful mediation, then choose a mediator based upon his background, skills, and experience in the area you are needing help with.
Also, unless the parties have an agreement or a prior court order that states otherwise, the mediator fees are most often equally divided between the parties.

| Location: | 47 North Main Street, Kaysville, UT, or other agreed upon location. |
| District: | Utah Judicial Districts 1, 2 and 3. |
| Travel: | Depends upon the distance, however most often no charge. Call for details. |
Further details are provided in the agreement to mediate which is sent to the parties upon the scheduling of a mediation session.
